Order Acceptance and Preparation
Orders are only accepted after payment is cleared. The email order acknowledgement does not constitute the acceptance of an order. Verification of your information and/or order details may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.
We will do our best to ship out your order within 5 working days. However should there be stock shortages or unforeseen circumstances, please allow up to 14 working days for order preparation.
The use of third-party delivery service providers aims to bring you convenience, speed and the best value. Please refer to the links provided for their respective rates, surcharges, estimated delivery time and conditions, including their liability and compensation for damage.
A minimum delivery fee of $10 per trip is applicable for local deliveries within Singapore.
You are welcomed to self-collect your purchases at our office location (address listed below) during collection hours: Monday to Friday only, except for Public Holidays, from 9am to 5:30pm.
For international deliveries, shipping fee is a factor of the size and weight of the items you have ordered and destination, plus registration and packing materials, where applicable.
All purchases are non-refunable and non-returnable.
In circumstances where items are defective upon receipt, please contact us with your order number and provide us with photographic evidences (where appropriate) and a brief description of the fault to help us acertain the cause within 48 hours.
All purchases are non-exchangeable, except when products received are different from what were ordered (wrong or missing items).
In circumstance where wrong items are being delivered, do not accept the delivery and contact us within 48 hours. We will make arrangement for the right items to be delivered as quickly as possible.
Should there be any missing item, please contact us with your order number and provide us with one single photograph of all the items you have received with the original delivery packaging within forty-eight (48) hours. We will make arrangement for the missing item to be delivered as quickly as possible.
We will endeavour to exchange the missing or faulty product with a new piece, or a similar model of equal or higher value should our stock is depleted.
Faulty products are to be returned in their original package with the original sales invoice for verification, failing which may prolong the exchange process. The cost of returning the faulty product to our location shall be borne entirely by you.
